Shipping & Returns
We do not accept returns or exchanges on our handmade items since they are made to order however if you have a problem with your order please contact us. Returns or exchanges on our globally sourced items are only accepted within 10 days from the orders delivery date (the date the item shows it was delivered on the tracking information). The items must be unwashed, unworn and free of stains, makeup, etc. to be able to qualify. Returns are only available in the form of shop credit. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs for both returns and exchanges. Please email us at email@example.com to process a return or exchange. If you contact us about a return or exchange outside of the 7 day time period we will not be able to process your request.
