House Of Luna uses USPS and UPS to ship out your packages and gives confirmation through email on your shipping status. Once we have shipped your package USPS and UPS is responsible for package issues. However we are happy to assist you with any questions.

All packages are sent first class with an estimated time of 3-7 business days. We offer priority shipping guaranteeing delivery in 2-3 business days with insurance up to $50. We highly recommend choosing Priority Shipping on larger orders to protect yourself from loss or damage. House Of Luna isn't responsible for any lost packages or unclaimed packages once they have been scanned through the carrier. Insurance claims need to be submitted through USPS. Please keep in mind everything is made to order and our current turn around time is 3-5 business days to make each order.
