We do not offer exchanges or returns at this time. However, if you have a problem with your order please contact us within 5 days of receiving your items.

*The item(s) must be in the original packaging, unworn and unwashed. If they are received and show signs of wear, House Of Luna at their discretion, will offer a partial refund, charge a restocking fee or return to sender.

*You must email at sales@shophouseofluna.com within 5 days of receiving your product to issue a return. Please include your order number when emailing us.

*The item(s) must be shipped within 3 days of receiving the return label.

*House Of Luna can refuse a return, if the product was not shipped in the time frame given.
